Hey, why not? perhaps this will help somebody out there.
We are building our new house with Ryan Homes. This model picture here is called the Palermo (elevation K) and it is supposed to be exactly what we are going to get (except the colors and a metal roof for the porch).
The nice thing that we liked about this elevation is the cottage style. It has brick in the front and a decent porch. Inside, the Palermo is open and spacious as you could see in the model home. A big kitchen with morning room, office space next to the living room, and a mud room are just some of the nice features of this floor plan.
