This is the Palermo floor plan.
Our house will have the morning room and the Gourmet Island. All the marked areas will have hardwood floors. We also chose to add the "basic" fireplace.
The second floor of this house is very convenient. The only thing we are concerned about is the size of the closets. It's not too bad but we are definitely not used to these mini-ones.
